Playing handicap & Stableford
Calculate your playing handicap (course handicap) and the Stableford points of your round – using the same rules as in the FairwayData app. Everything runs in your browser; no data is sent.
Formula: handicap index × slope ÷ 113 + (course rating − par), rounded to the nearest whole number. For 9 holes, half the index is used with the 9-hole values (CR, slope, par). The allowance (e.g. 95 % in stroke play as recommended by the WHS or 85 % in foursomes) depends on the competition conditions – 100 % if not specified.
| Hole | Par | Index | Strokes | Received | Net | Gross |
|---|
Leave strokes empty = hole not played yet, 0 = no score (0 points). Net: max(0, 2 + par − (strokes − received strokes)); gross without received strokes. Received strokes per hole follow the stroke index (1 = hardest hole).
